Since many patients are underinsured or uninsured we
have established the Breath Bank to help defray expenses
which are not covered by insurance such as
transportation, lodging, meals, groceries, over the
counter drugs or home expenses. We can provide aid up to
a maximum of $2,000.00 per individual.
If you are interested in a Breath Bank Grant, please
complete the four page grant application and release
form and mail it to Kati's Hope Foundation For
Mesothelioma, P.O. Box 24693, Cleveland, OH 44124.
The Foundation board will review your completed
application and contact you regarding your request.
